Chickens are expected on a farm so here they are! These particular birds were photographed as they were pecking away at grain that was scattered all over the ground.
Steve, interesting enough... Your composition in this photo along with your painting, makes a great painting in itself.... It all works, the squares of colors & squares in the window... My graphic background is showing... I will look for the finish.. Nice going so far.
